Our Business Office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Please direct any questions you may have regarding tuition to Ms. Kathy Resch at 925-288-8122 or e-mail her at reschk@eamfn.net. All other inquiries should go through our main number (925) 288-8100.
Important Tuition Balance Account Information
- All Seniors tuition must be paid in full by May 10th in order to receive graduation tickets, a diploma, and attend senior activities.
- All tuition accounts must be current in order to receive your re-enrollment tuition contract and documents for the 2024-25 school year.
Financial Aid Applications
Financial Aid applications were due Monday, February 12th, and your application, if you intend to submit one for 2024-25 school year is now considered late.
As a result, you risk losing out on any potential financial aid as the first round of reviews on applications submitted on time are being evaluated.
Several emails were sent out via SchoolAdmin notifying you of this deadline before the due date.

Tuition Payments
As a reminder, tuition payments are due on the 5th or the 15th of each month, depending on which payment option you choose in Blackbaud Tuition Management.
All tuition accounts must be current in order for you son to return to classes for 2nd Semester.
Please note that accounts that become past due 10 days are subject to a $40.00 late fee.
