Nomination Forms
Our Athletic Hall of Fame consciously seeks to mirror De La Salle's entire sports history by selecting the best of the best from across the decades. In addition to players and coaches, eligible nominees may be athletic department staff members, supporters, and fans, or even entire teams from any given year.
All inductees are chosen by a seventeen-member voting committee. The committee represents the various constituencies of our school community. Together, members have over 300 years of work experience and association with De La Salle.
However, our nomination process is open to anyone. You can join our efforts by helping us identify individuals and teams who have made significant athletic contributions to our school. If you would like to make a nomination, please read the Nominations Criteria and choose an appropriate form from those listed below.
Distinguished Alumnus of the Year
Each year we recognize an Alumnus of the Year for outstanding achievement in his vocation, in service to his community, and in service to De La Salle. As with our Hall of Fame, we welcome nominations for this award. Please tell us about a Spartan alumnus who has kept our core values of Faith, Integrity, and Scholarship at the center of his life, and who exemplifies the spirit of this school.
